Strawberry Ice Cream

Prepare all the ingredients.

Add fine sugar to the egg yolks, add a few drops of lemon juice, and stir until fully incorporated.

Stir the egg yolk liquid evenly.

Pour the milk into the milk pan, heat it over a low heat and cook until bubbling.

Pour the milk into the egg yolk liquid in portions, and stir evenly while pouring.

Pour the milk yolk paste into the milk pan again, cook on low heat until bubbling, stir while boiling, turn off the heat and let cool.

Soak the strawberries in brine for a while.

Cut into small pieces.

Put a little water and put it in a juicer to make a puree.

Whip the whipped cream until it has sharp corners.

Pour the strawberry puree into the whipped cream.
