Strawberry Ice Cream

1. Strawberry ice cream

2. Ingredients: 4 egg yolks, 250ml light cream, 100g caster sugar, 300g fresh strawberries, half a lemon, 40ml water

3. Pour water into the milk pan

4. Add caster sugar

5. Heat on fire

6. Heat to about 115 degrees

7. Pour into the beaten egg yolk (to prevent lumps, you can put the bowl of egg yolk liquid in a hot water basin)

8. Whip the whipped cream to 60% for use

9. Fresh strawberries halved and diced

10. Put the other half into the food processor and make a paste

11. Add lemon juice to the beaten strawberries

12. Pour into the egg yolk

13. Add strawberry diced

14. Pour together in the whipped cream

15. Stir well

16. Pour into the mold, put it into the freezer of the refrigerator, and freeze for 4 hours without stirring.
