Strawberry Jam

The main ingredient is ten strawberries and half a lemon. The auxiliary materials are white granulated sugar and rock sugar. Condiments are simple and easy to operate

Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks. Cut into small pieces according to personal taste. If you like to eat the flesh, you can cut it into larger pieces.

Add 150g white granulated sugar or ground rock sugar, I use it for mixing

Seal the strawberries with plastic wrap and keep them in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours.

You can see a lot of strawberry juice when you take it out of the refrigerator, and then squeeze in the lemon juice of half a lemon

Boil on high heat and cook for two minutes on low heat. It is almost sticky and ready to be cooked.
