Strawberry Jam

Wash and cut off the pedicles of the strawberry, put all the processed strawberries into the enamel pot, and pour white sugar and brown sugar at the same time.

Cook on medium heat until the sugar melts, stirring while boiling.

After boiling, carefully skim any foam on the surface.

Squeeze in the lemon juice, simmer for about 20 minutes, cook until thick and turn off the heat. After allowing it to cool, put it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
1. Make sure to use a deep pot to make strawberry jam to prevent strawberry jam from splashing
2. The prepared strawberry jam is sealed and stored, and it can be kept for a month without going bad.
