Strawberry Jam

Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and drain the water

Strawberries will ooze juice after refrigeration. After boiling over high heat, change to low heat and boil slowly until the strawberry jam becomes thick. Tips:
I cooked the strawberry jam to one-third of the original and turned off the heat. The finished product is delicious with bread and yogurt
