Strawberry Jam

Wash fresh strawberries. Let dry.

Cut into small pieces, my knife skills are a bit bolder.

Put in white sugar. Stir well.

Cut half a lemon and set aside.

Marinate for half an hour.

Put it in a pot and bring it to a simmer on low heat, stirring constantly, leaving aside the foam.

Boil a viscous and bottle.

Tighten the bottle cap upside down. Keep in the refrigerator.

You can eat it anytime. Sweet but not greasy. All ages.
Tips:
White granulated sugar has antiseptic effect, add according to personal taste.
