The jams bought outside are sweet to greasy and afraid of too much additives. So I made a box on a whim.

Ingredients

Strawberry Jam

1. Wash fresh strawberries. Let dry.

2. Cut into small pieces, my knife skills are a bit bolder.

3. Put in white sugar. Stir well.

4. Cut half a lemon and set aside.

5. Marinate for half an hour.

6. Put it in a pot and bring it to a simmer on low heat, stirring constantly, leaving aside the foam.

7. Boil a viscous and bottle.

8. Tighten the bottle cap upside down. Keep in the refrigerator.

9. You can eat it anytime. Sweet but not greasy. All ages.

Tips:

White granulated sugar has antiseptic effect, add according to personal taste.
