Strawberry Jam

Wash the strawberries and remove the stems

Strawberry diced and set aside (you can choose the size according to personal preference)

Add appropriate amount of sugar and mix well (appropriate amount according to personal preference, at least the strawberries can be mixed well)

Attach the fresh-keeping film, put the strawberries in the refrigerator for more than two hours, take out the thick soup
5.
Drip lemon juice, put it in a pot and boil over low heat, collect the juice on high heat (you can also put it in the bread machine to start the jam program)

Put it in a sterilized container and put it in the refrigerator after cooling. The flavor will be better after refrigeration!

Note: When using a pot to boil, please stir to prevent panting. Keep it cool before putting it in the refrigerator
