Strawberry Jam
1.
Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves.
2.
Cut off the roots and cut a strawberry into fours.
3.
Put the cut strawberries into a clean basin and sprinkle with sugar to make each strawberry evenly covered with sugar. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
4.
Take out the strawberries the next day and pour out half of the strawberry juice.
5.
Put the remaining part directly into a non-stick pan and stir constantly over medium heat.
6.
When the strawberries start to thicken, add two tablespoons of sugar and juice from a lemon.
7.
Finally, the strawberry jam is formed, put it out, let it cool, and keep it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
Decide the amount of sugar according to personal taste.
