Strawberry Jam

Material preparation: Strawberry 1000G, sugar 500G (Because I am in Germany, there are special sugar for making jam, I used this kind of sugar, but ordinary granulated sugar should be ok, but I have not tried to use ordinary sugar Made of sugar). Wash the strawberries and cut into 4 equal parts

Pour in granulated sugar. Let stand for one hour.

After boiling until boiling, cook for another 4 minutes, add a little lemon juice.

Put the lemon juice in the bottle immediately (the jam jar must be clean and odorless, and finally sterilized by high temperature, or blanched with boiling water), fill it as much as possible, tighten it after it is full, and put it upside down for at least 10 minutes.

Tips:
1. There is a "choking" when unscrewing, and then easily open (just like the cans bought in the supermarket, the first time the can is opened), it means bottling is successful. If the bottling is unsuccessful, it will not be easy to save. bad.
2. I like jam with fruit pieces. If a friend likes jam without fruit pieces, he can also use a blender to mix it, but don’t refer to my version.
