Strawberry Jam
1.
Wash the strawberries, wipe dry and cut
2.
Add sugar, mix well
3.
Seal it well and put it in the refrigerator for one day
4.
After refrigerating, the moisture in the strawberries will seep out. Put all the strawberries and the leaked water into the pot, stir fry over high heat, and boil slowly over a low fire.
5.
When it is thick, turn off the heat, add lemon juice, stir well, and the jam is ready.
6.
Put it in an airtight bottle while it is hot, and put it in the refrigerator when it’s cool
