Strawberry Jam Heart Bun

Put the ingredients and auxiliary materials (except 1 egg and jam) into the bread machine and stir to ferment.

Take the dough, wrap it in jam, and ferment to 2 times its size, put it in a mold, and brush with egg mixture (the remaining egg is beaten)
3.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 40 minutes.

Out of the oven!
