Strawberry Jam Ice Cream
1.
Put the ice cream bucket into a plastic bag (to prevent freezing) and put it in a refrigerator at minus 18 degrees for more than 18 hours.
2.
Prepare the ingredients.
3.
The whipped cream is taken out of the freezer compartment, weighed, and beaten with sugar over ice water. Whip the whipped cream until it is sticky, reaching about 60%.
4.
Add milk.
5.
Add strawberry jam, mix and stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to cool to 5-10 degrees.
6.
Carefully take the ice cream bucket out of the refrigerator and install the ice cream maker. Plug in the power supply, make sure that the mouth of the ice cream is closed, and turn on the power switch to make it in the working state of stirring. Pour the refrigerated ingredients slowly from the filling port of the ice cream machine, stir for 25-35 minutes, and the ice cream is ready.
7.
Squeeze the ice cream into the piping bag, then squeeze it into the cup, and enjoy it slowly!
Tips:
◎The temperature of the frozen ice cream bucket must be low enough. It is recommended to adjust the temperature of the refrigerator to the lowest.
◎The whipped cream should be beaten to make it thick.
◎The machine must be started before pouring the liquid mixture.
