This year I made a lot of strawberry jam when strawberries came on the market in large quantities. I sealed it in a bottle and put it in the refrigerator. I suddenly wanted to eat strawberry-flavored scones. So I tried to add strawberry jam to scones. The taste was very good. , The faint strawberry taste, and the aroma of the wine made me couldn’t help but eat a few more.

Strawberry Jam Scones

1. Add baking powder to low-gluten flour and mix well

2. Sift the flour

3. Add sugar and mix well

4. Pour the cheese into the flour and grab it with your hands

5. Add butter and powder and knead into granules

6. Pour in strawberry jam

7. Mix gently and cover with plastic wrap and let stand for two hours

8. Sprinkle low-gluten flour on the chopping board, roll out the dough, and press out the shape with a mold

9. Put it in a baking dish lined with greased paper

10. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees for 10 minutes in advance, put the middle layer on the baking tray, and bake on the upper and lower fire for 15 minutes

Tips:

1. Don't stir all the ingredients too much, don't knead hard, otherwise the crispy taste will no longer exist
2. The strawberry jam itself has a sweet taste, so you don't need to put too much sugar
3. The resting time, thickness, shape and baking time of scones can be as personal as you like
4. The taste and ingredients of scones can be matched with personal preference
