Strawberry Jam Soft European Bun
1.
Mix flour, water, medium dough (cut into small pieces), salt and milk and knead into a dough
2.
Then cover with plastic wrap and ferment
3.
After 40 minutes of fermentation (in summer), the dough becomes 3 times the original size
4.
Then take out the dough and knead it well, expel the air inside. Divide the dough evenly into 6 small portions and let relax for 15 minutes
5.
Flatten each portion, wrap it in strawberry jam, and close it down
6.
After wrapping the jam, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes
7.
Flatten the jam-covered dough into an oval shape
8.
Roll up all the dough in turn from one side into strips and place them on the baking tray
9.
Put the baking tray into the middle layer of the oven, put a bowl of hot water on the bottom layer, and turn on the fermentation function of the oven for second heating
10.
After the fermentation is complete, take it out, sift a layer of flour, and cut the surface with a sharp blade
11.
Tips:
1. Knead the dough until it expands, no need for the original glove film
2. The filling can be replaced with your favorite material
