Strawberry Milk Pudding
1.
Pour a little milk into the gelatin powder to soften it.
2.
Pour the remaining milk into the pot, add 20g of sugar, heat it on a low heat, and wait until all the sugar has melted. There is no need to boil the milk.
(Sugar can be added according to your preference)
3.
Then pour the soaked gelatin powder into the pot, stir on low heat until all of it has melted, and then turn off the heat.
4.
Pour into a pudding bottle or other container and let cool.
5.
When the milk is not too hot, add an appropriate amount of chopped strawberries. Put it in the refrigerator for 4~5 hours to set. When eating, you can cut some strawberries and put it on top. The taste is great!
Tips:
Do not boil the milk, it will produce milk skin, just melt all the sugar and gelatin powder, be sure to low heat, keep stirring, otherwise the gelatin powder will stick to the bottom of the pot!
