Strawberry Mousse Cake with Cheese Filling

Pour the tempered white chocolate into the mold and spread it evenly, refrigerate until it solidifies, boil the water in the blue jelly material with fine sugar, add the gelatin slices that have been soaked and drained, and then add the liqueur and mix well

After filtering, pour into a mold and refrigerate until solidified. Put a 10 cm diameter cake piece into the mold. Heat the cream cheese to soften in water. Add fine sugar and mix well.
