Strawberry Muffins

Beat the eggs with sugar.

Add milk and stir well.

Add milk powder.

Sift in the low powder and stir in a cross until there is probably no dry powder.

After the butter has melted, pour into the batter and stir briefly.

Let the batter sit for half an hour.

Use a non-stick pancake frying pan, spread a little oil on the surface, pour the batter from a high place to form a round shape, and heat it over low heat until cooked. The muffins will be more delicious with honey and fruit.
Tips:
1. Don't mix the batter too much, otherwise it will tend to become gluten.
2. Use a brush to brush a little bit of oil in the pot, not too much.
3. Pour honey when you eat, which can be paired with some fruits.
