Strawberry Pudding
1.
Gelatine tablets melted in ice water ahead of time.
2.
Cut the strawberries into small pieces, put them in a food processor and beat them into strawberry jam.
3.
Pour the whipped cream into a bowl and add 20g of powdered sugar. Use an electric whisk to beat the whipped cream to 60% (the whipped cream is fluffy and has clear lines)
4.
Take out the gelatine tablets in ice water and put them in a bowl to melt into the gelatine solution with insulated boiling water.
5.
Add yogurt to the whipped cream and stir well.
6.
After mixing the whipped cream and yogurt, add the gelatin solution and quickly stir to mix.
7.
Stir in the strawberry jam.
8.
Cut the strawberries into thin slices and stick them along the wall of the cup to squeeze out the air, then slowly pour the mixed pudding paste into the cup.
Tips:
When sticking the strawberry slices, you can press it tightly to squeeze out the air, which will look better.
