1. The yam is peeled, washed and steamed in a pot, then pressed into a puree, and mixed with a little sugar.
2. Roll into balls of about the same size.
3. Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks.
4. Cut from the small side as shown.
5. Put on the yam balls.
6. Put on a strawberry hat.
7. Use black sesame seeds for the eyes.
8. Sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy.
9. Finished picture.
