Strawberry Tower Cake

Separate egg white and yolk, egg yolk + milk + corn oil, stir well.

Add low-gluten flour and matcha powder and mix well.

Add lemon juice + granulated sugar to the egg white, beat with an electric whisk, and add the granulated sugar in three times.

Dispense until stiff foaming.

Add the egg whites to the egg yolk paste in 3 batches.

Pour into the mold.

Barbie doll molds are not easy to fall. You can tap both sides of the mold with your hands to shoot large bubbles, put them in the oven and bake them at 150 degrees for 45 minutes.

After roasting, let it cool and demould.

Cut the cake base into a mountain row, and then cut into 3 equal portions.

Whip the light cream + fine sugar, fill the cake base, first put a layer of light cream into the mango diced, then put a piece of cake base, and repeat the steps.

Spread the prepared naked cake.

Then cut the strawberry in half, fix the strawberry with a toothpick, and insert the strawberry on the surface of the cake base.

Finally, sprinkle with moisture-proof powdered sugar and insert decorative inserts.
Tips:
1. If you don't have a Barbie doll mold, you can use two 6-inch molds, build them up, and then cut them into a mountain line.
2. This time I use the Learn Kitchen Barbie doll cake mold, if there is no Barbie doll mold of other brands or use ordinary heightened cake mold to cut into a triangle.
3. It is recommended to use the custom to insert it into the shape to prevent the cake from falling during decoration or transportation.
4. The amount of strawberry can be cut in half, you can use the finished one. If you cut in half, it takes about 550g.
