Strawberry Yam Milkshake
1.
Wash one section of yam and remove the skin first.
2.
Cut into small pieces again.
3.
Put it in the pot.
4.
Cover with plastic wrap to prevent the water in the pot from overflowing into the bowl, and pierce a few small holes in the plastic wrap. Steam over water for about 10 minutes.
5.
Take out the steamed yam and let it cool, then put it in a food processor and stir into a milkshake.
6.
Scoop out the strawberry jam and put it in a small bowl, dissolve it with some warm water and stir evenly.
7.
The stirred yam milkshake is put into a small cup, and you can use a piping bag to make your favorite shape (because I didn’t buy a piping bag, it’s temporarily squeezed out from a fresh-keeping bag here, it’s not pretty), and pour the melted strawberry jam into the yam In the milkshake.
8.
Finished product.
