Strong Corn Bone Soup

1. Prepare the bones, corn, carrots and shiitake mushrooms.

2. Cut corn into sections; wash shiitake mushrooms and cross the top; wash carrots and cut into hob pieces for later use.

3. Wash ginger and pat it with a knife and set aside.

4. Wash the bones, blanch them in boiling water, and drain the water.

5. Separate the pot, put the ginger and cold water into the pot.

6. Place the blanched bones after the water has boiled.

7. Add shiitake mushrooms and corn.

8. After boiling for a few minutes, add the carrots.

9. Bring to high heat, skim the foam, turn to low heat and simmer for 30-50 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt out of the pot and serve.
