Stuffed Fried Tofu

Soak the glutinous rice in water overnight,

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms, soak fungus (the one added behind the fungus, so it’s not shown above)

Dice soaked fungus, shiitake mushrooms and ham

Drain the glutinous rice, put the cut materials into it, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, and cooking wine and stir
5.
Make a cut on the edge of the oily tofu, taking care not to cut the other parts of the tofu

You need to soak the oily tofu in hot water for a while to make it soft

Stuff the mixed ingredients into the oily tofu. It takes more time here, so don't rush!

Put the stuffed tofu on a plate, put it in the steamer and steam for about 20 minutes

If you don’t have a steamer, you can also put water in the boiling pot and cook for five minutes (note: put half of the tofu in the water.) Then put it in the rice cooker and steam it together.
10.
It's steamed, dear, add a pair of chopsticks~ it's cooking...!
Tips:
The oily tofu must be soaked in boiling water to soften...!
