[su Cai] Spare Ribs in Wuxi Sauce

One pound of small ribs, cut into small pieces, boiled water (put 2 slices of ginger and cooking wine) to remove the blood foam, drain the water and set aside.

Make 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce to make a secret sauce for later use.
