This is the noodle lotus root. I believe some of you have not eaten it. A good appetizer is simply an appetizer for post-holiday syndrome. If you don’t eat it, you won’t know if you can’t stop it. Served with rice and ate 3 bowls. My family had never eaten it. They all praised it as delicious.

Sucking Noodle Lotus Root

1. Boil a pot of boiling water first, open the lid and let it cool for a while, because it’s cold, warm water is not the first choice

2. Put the noodle lotus root in a small pot and soak until soft, about 20 minutes, depending on the amount of ingredients

3. The soaked noodles have no hard cores, squeeze out the water and put them in a bowl for later use

4. To adjust the juice, first pour the chili oil, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce into a bowl and mix, then add a tablespoon of Ah Kuan’s corn beef sauce and stir. The meaty sauce is super delicious

5. Then pour in the vinegar, white sugar, mix and stir, and finally mix the white sesame seeds and minced garlic.

6. Pour the adjusted juice into the noodle lotus root, mix quickly with chopsticks, sprinkle in the coriander, chopped green onions, and mix it for consumption.
