Sugar-coated Haws

Wash with rock sugar.

Heat a wok and add a spoonful of corn oil.

Simmer slowly until the rock sugar melts.

Take the skewered hawthorn and use a spoon to scoop the melted rock sugar and pour it on top of the hawthorn skewer.

Sprinkle some white sesame seeds.

You can also sprinkle the white sesame seeds into the pot.

The crystal clear candied haws are ready.

Tips:
1 Make sure to boil rock candy over low heat.
2 The speed of dip sugar should be fast, the rock sugar will solidify when it is slow.
