Sugar-coated Haws
1.
Material: strawberry, tomato, kiwi, rock candy, bamboo skewers
2.
Strawberries and small tomatoes are soaked in light salt water for 10 minutes, and the stems are removed and washed.
3.
String the processed strawberries, tomatoes, and kiwis with bamboo skewers.
4.
You can mix and match the fruits you like at will, so that you can keep the moisture in a skewer.
5.
Put rock sugar in the pot on the fire. (I used 200 grams)
6.
Add boiling water, just over the rock sugar, and keep stirring until the rock sugar is completely melted.
7.
Turn to low heat and cook, taking care not to stir the syrup again.
8.
When the syrup is boiled slightly yellow and thick, you can pick up some syrup with chopsticks, and put it in cold water to check whether the syrup is solidified, or taste if it sticks to your teeth.
9.
After the syrup is boiled, quickly put the fruit skewers into the pot and coat with the syrup.
10.
Place the syrup-coated fruit skewers on a surface that has been smeared with water, and eat after cooling.
