Sugar Coated Yam Beans

After the yam beans are cleaned, add water and cook for ten minutes.

After cooking, drain the water.

Heat the pan, add two spoons of sugar and a little water.

After the sugar water is frothy, pour in the yam beans, change the heat to a low heat, and stir fry quickly.
