Sugar-free and Oil-free Whole Wheat Soda Crackers

Prepare the flour and old noodles

Soda is divided into two parts. Flour with soda and a little salt. Add water to the old noodles and stir into the milk powder and stir evenly. Pour in the flour and stir until it becomes flocculent.

Then add an egg (optional) and knead him into a ball

Knead the soft dough and leave it in a warm place to ferment for half an hour. I fermented it in the oven 😃.

After sending it out. Put soda and flour on the chopping board and knead together. You can roll it after rubbing it in. Cut according to your favorite size pattern.

Preheat the oven first. Fire up and down 150 degrees. After cutting, put it in the oven for 15 minutes and the biscuits will be out.
Tips:
This kind of biscuits is not the crispy kind. It's a bit soft. Eat a little bit of biscuits, drink plenty of water 😊 or it will get angry 😀
