Sugar-free Milk Desserts
1.
Pour the noodles and oatmeal into a bowl and mix well.
2.
Pour in an appropriate amount of milk, and stir thoroughly with the noodles to form a slurry.
3.
Pour all the remaining milk into a bowl and mix well.
4.
Put it in the microwave and heat for 5 minutes (I use a 100% microwave).
5.
After five minutes, beat an egg into the bowl.
6.
Continue to heat for 1 and a half minutes.
7.
Sweetheart! The milk is also very viscous, just like that kind of dessert 🍽.
Tips:
1. Before putting it in the microwave, remember to stir it evenly, otherwise the milk will not form!
2. I think a 1 and a half minute soft-boiled egg is just right. If you like a little bit cooked, you can add 30 seconds. A 3-minute egg is just perfectly cooked. It is recommended not to exceed three minutes.
3. At the end of the meal, there will be a little bit of cheng noodles underneath. I personally think it's very delicious, because I like cheng noodles so much.
4. Choose a container as large as possible, otherwise the milk will overflow when heated. It will be very hot when it comes out, so you have to let it cool and eat it.
