Back from a trip in Japan, I always miss the sukiyaki there. Although I don’t have the sauce of Japanese sukiyaki in my hand, I have succeeded in making delicious sukiyaki with the common spices at home with my many years of experience! (Every restaurant in Japan has its own way of making sukiyaki, mainly depending on your own taste)
