[summer Cold Dishes]-garlic Jelly Powder

One pack of jelly powder, rinse with water and set aside.

Cut the jelly powder into small cubes.

Peel the garlic and wash it for later use.

Chop garlic into puree.

Place the garlic and jelly powder in a clean bowl.

Prepare seasoning: white vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt.
