Summer Dessert——mango Flower Maw Milk Jelly

I have been eating yellow flower tube and Vietnamese white flower before, this time I will try to use Suriname masterbatch.

15 grams of dried flower gum with 3 red dates and 5 longan meat.

Generally 15 grams of dried flower gum is matched with 250ml of pure milk.

Pour all the ingredients and milk into the stewing pot and simmer for 40 minutes. (Regarding nutrition: you can simmer in water for 40 minutes, add milk 20 minutes before being out of the pot, so that the milk does not lose a lot of nutrients)

Wash the cups and cut the diced mangoes while the flower gum is being stewed. (Mango diced size is arbitrary)

I personally don't like to eat red dates and longan meat that have been stewed, so I don't eat them every time. The mangoes are equally distributed and put into the bottle.

Let the milk cool and put it into the cup~~

Divide the flower gum into each cup. (Students who don’t like to eat fish maw can leave the cup, pure mango flesh will not affect the freezing effect)

Put the fish maw milk jelly in the refrigerator for 5 hours and you're done (usually made at night, you can start the next morning)

Tips:
1. In terms of health maintenance, it is not suitable to eat cold things in the morning, but it is still necessary to please yourself once or twice. How do you like it~~😄

3. If you want to eat the taste of masterbatch, it is recommended that the stewing time should not exceed 1 hour (40 minutes is appropriate)
