Summer Drink: Mint Green Bean Paste

Wash the mung beans and put them in the stewing pot, add an appropriate amount of water (almost the water is absorbed after the stewing is done), and put them in the stew pot.

Simmer for 1.5 hours, remove and let cool for later use.

Wash the mint leaves and set aside.

Take 100g of stewed mung beans and put them in a cooking cup.

Put 100 grams of ice cubes into the cooking cup.

Then add 50ml of cold water, sugar and mint leaves into the cooking cup.

Put the cooking cup on the cooking machine and beat it at high speed for one minute.

Just pour it into the cup.
