Summer Drink: Mung Bean Sand Snow Mountain

Wash the mung beans and put them in the stewing pot, add an appropriate amount of water (the amount of water is best absorbed by the mung beans after the stew).

Put it in a saucepan and simmer for 1.5 hours, take it out to cool and put it in the refrigerator with a lid for later use.

Take out the refrigerated 100g mung beans and 10g sugar from the refrigerator and put them into the crushed cooking cup.

Put it on the cooking machine and beat at high speed for one minute.
