Summer Fruit Salad

Put honey, star anise, and water into the pot and turn off the heat immediately after boiling. Take out the star anise and put the honey water in the refrigerator to cool.

Cut cherries, peaches, nectarines, and apricots into bite-sized pieces and put them in a large bowl.

Add blackberries and blueberries.

Pour in the cooled honey water and mix gently.
