Summer Noodles
1.
First scramble the eggs, stir-fry the eggs and serve them out, then add the chopped tomatoes, stir-fry them into a paste, add the eggs, stir fry, add salt and season them, you can serve them out and pour them on the mixed noodles!
2.
Serve the noodles, over cold water. Make sure to cool down the noodles.
3.
Add sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar to the cooled noodles. It doesn't matter if there is more vinegar, the taste is very refreshing. Either sesame oil or olive oil can be blended to make the noodles non-sticky and taste good!
4.
Taste the taste without adding salt. Students who love spicy food can add hot sauce! At this point, the noodles are ready to eat, but if you add a cooked scrambled egg with tomatoes, the sweet and sour taste will match better! My kids can eat a plate!
Tips:
Don't cook the noodles too softly, the key is to cool them down. I usually use tap water to cool it off, and then use mineral water to fish. The effect is very good. The ratio of soy sauce, sugar and vinegar can be adjusted according to your taste! I mix the noodles with my hands, the flavor is very good!
