Summer Pudding

Use the bottom of the bowl to press out a suitable size and cut out the bottom of the bread for use

The toast bread is trimmed and cut into the same height as the bowl

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap

Take the cut bread slices and arrange them compactly in a bowl, then compress them by hand a few times

Put the strawberry cubes, blueberries, and raspberries in the pot and add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 5 tablespoons of fresh orange juice to heat until the fruit is slightly soft and the sugar melts

Scoop the fruit filling into the bread slices (reserve a little berry juice for garnish)

Spread the remaining bread slices on the fruit filling and wrap it in plastic wrap

Put the plate on the bowl and put the weight in the refrigerator for 1 night to set

Take out the pudding, take off the plastic wrap, pour some berry juice on it, and decorate some berries
