Sun Egg Toast

Make toast

For slicing, I used three slices, and the rest was frozen in the refrigerator.

Use a spoon to compact the middle part of the toast.

Chop the mozzarella cheese.

Beat in an egg.

Sprinkle the cheese around the toast.

Put it in the preheated oven, bake it at 175°C and lower at 150°C, about 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. The roasting time can be adjusted by itself, and the raw and cooked eggs can be adjusted by itself. I'm older because my husband doesn't like to eat too tender eggs.
2. Sprinkle with five-spice seasoning, or eat it with jam. The sun-egg toast doesn't have much flavor on its own. You must add some ingredients to make it crispy and flavorful.
