Sunflower, a devout believer in the sun. With the expectation of coming to this world in order to see the sun, he began a life of following the sun. Whenever someone talks about sunflowers, it feels like warm sunlight is shining on them. Do you like sunflowers? Is your heart warm and sunny like a sunflower?
Sunflower is not as noble as peony, nor as charming as rose, but it is very special. As long as the sun comes out every day, it faces the sun, so people call it sunflower. No matter how many winds and rains it has experienced, as long as there is sunshine, it immediately raises its head.
The first day of August was my birthday. On that day, I prepared black coffee, sunflower bean paste bread and a fruit plate for breakfast. I tasted my favorite coffee and felt that sunflower bread was like a bright smiling face. Like listening to my happiness.
This bread not only has beauty, but also has a layered texture. The petals are slightly crunchy, the middle part is soft, and the sweet bean paste filling makes it a great meal bag. ~~
The main material part is carrot dough, and the auxiliary material part is plain dough with filling and surface decoration.

Sunflower Bean Paste Bread

1. Wash the carrots and cut into small pieces.

2. Put it in a food processor, add 100g of water to make carrot puree, filter it with a sieve, and take out 120g of carrot juice for later use.

3. First put all the ingredients in the main ingredient except butter into the bucket of the bread machine in the order of the bottom liquid, the middle flour, and the upper dry yeast.

4. Turn on the kneading process for 20 minutes, knead into a smooth dough, then add butter that has softened at room temperature, and knead to the complete stage.

5. Put it in a clean container, cover with plastic wrap, and put it in the oven for the first fermentation. The recommended temperature is 30 degrees for one hour.

6. Then put all the ingredients except butter in the original dough formula with auxiliary materials into the bucket of the bread machine in the order of the bottom liquid, the middle flour, and the upper dry yeast.

7. Turn on the kneading process for 20 minutes, knead it into a smooth dough, add butter that has softened at room temperature, and knead to the complete stage.

8. Put it in a clean container, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the oven for the first fermentation. The recommended temperature is 30 degrees for one hour.

9. Ferment both steamed buns to double their size.

10. When fermenting the dough, divide the honey bean paste into 6 portions.

11. Take out the fermented carrot dough and press on the panel to exhaust.

12. Separate 6 small 60g doughs, knead them round and cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for 15 minutes.

13. Then take a small yellow dough, place it on a small piece of oiled paper, and roll it into a 12cm diameter disc.

14. As shown in the picture, cut 4 knives first.

15. Then cut an average of 12 knives.

16. Cut each small part into thirds on average.

17. All cut in circles.

18. Then pinch every three to make sunflower petals.

19. Make all 6 and put them in the baking tray (I have a small baking tray and can only be divided into two baking trays). The yellow petals can be put in the oven and sealed to prevent them from drying out.

20. Let's do the white part again. Take out the white dough and vent.

21. Divide into 6 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes after rounding.

22. Then roll it into a wafer.

23. Pack 10g of red bean paste filling.

24. Close the mouth down and press flat.

25. Roll out the remaining yellow dough into a strip.

26. Cut out small strips of the same width.

27. Then arrange it as shown, and use 10 sunflowers for each sunflower.

28. Wrap the extra parts, place them on the petals made just now, and press them down.

29. After everything is done, preheat the oven at 170 degrees, and then put black sesame seeds.

30. After preheating, put it in the lower part of the oven, adjust the temperature to 150 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes, pay attention to observation, and cover with tin foil after coloring to prevent the color from becoming too heavy.

Tips:

1. This bread does not require secondary fermentation. Because the making process is too long, the bread has been fermented in the process.
2. Be sure to pay attention to observation at all times when baking, and cover the tin foil after coloring to prevent the color from being too heavy.
