Super Cute Little Cute Rabbit Fondant Biscuits
1.
Melt the butter at room temperature into a toothpaste shape, then use a whisk to beat the butter until the butter becomes white and slightly fluffy.
2.
Pour the powdered sugar into the whipped butter and mix well.
3.
Pour the egg liquid into the well-mixed butter and continue to mix well.
4.
Pour the sifted low-gluten flour into the batter and stir evenly.
5.
Put the mixed batter into a fresh-keeping bag and knead it from the inside to the outside to form a dough, so that the ingredients in the dough are fully integrated.
6.
Put the kneaded dough in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to make it easier to roll out the dough. Take out the refrigerated dough and place it on the chopping board, cover it with a layer of plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a sheet with a thickness of about 5 mm.
7.
Prepare the biscuit mold needed to make biscuits, the stainless steel rabbit mold I used.
8.
Place the mold on the dough and press to create a bunny shape.
9.
Spread tin foil on the baking tray and place the bunny dough pieces evenly on the baking tray.
10.
Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven, select the upper and lower fire, the temperature is 160 degrees, the time is 10-15 minutes, until the surface of the biscuit is slightly yellow. (Each oven has different brands and functions, please choose the temperature and time by yourself) Let it cool for later use.
11.
Introduce all the tools and ingredients needed for fondant as follows.
12.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on the silicone mat, and evenly spread powdered sugar on the rolling pin to prevent adhesion.
13.
Use a knife to take out a few balls of dry peas, and color them separately, add the color according to your preference. I use the dry peas, white oil and coloring of the Deborah brand.
14.
Roll out into dough pieces for later use.
15.
Use a fondant mold to press various shapes of sugar flowers on the dough of different colors.
16.
In order to make the flower more three-dimensional, press a few sugar beads in the middle. In order to prevent dryness and cracking of the finished sugar flowers, put tissue paper in the fresh-keeping box and keep it sealed.
17.
After kneading the remaining pink dough into a long strip, use a rolling pin to help press it into bunny ears for use.
18.
Take an appropriate amount of dry white pez and knead with white oil for later use.
19.
Roll into a thin dough.
20.
Use a small rabbit stainless steel mold to press the pattern on it.
21.
Take out a biscuit base, use a brush to evenly spread cold water on the back of the white dough, cover it on the biscuit base of the same size, and gently press it with your hands to facilitate paste.
22.
Use a brush dipped in water to paste the ears and the red face in turn, and pay attention to leaving the place for the eyes when applying the red face.
23.
Use the food pen to draw the eyes.
24.
Finally, decorate the ears with small flowers, and a super cute bunny is ready! In order to prevent the fondant from cracking, put it in a crisper or biscuit bag quickly.
Tips:
Note that when kneading dry peas, be sure to apply some white oil, so that it is easy to knead and will not stick to your hands. Use as much dry peas as you need, and keep it tightly sealed and refrigerate if you don't use it!
