Super Detailed Version of Homemade Brown Sugar Pearls

Add water and brown sugar to the saucepan.

Bring to a boil over medium heat and the brown sugar will melt.

Pour in 100 grams of tapioca flour while it is hot.

Turn off the heat and stir quickly evenly with a spatula.

Pour in the remaining 50 grams of tapioca flour.

Add a little water, add in a little bit of water, don’t add too much.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Tips:
Be sure to boil water and add tapioca flour first, otherwise it won't form a dough.
