Put the pork skin into water, add cooking wine and ginger slices and cook for about 10 minutes.

Boil it in water again until it is translucent. During this time, you can see if the grease has been scraped off. If it is not cleaned, scrape again, and then cut into small strips.

Take 150g of pork skin and 1100ml of water and put it into the broken soymilk machine, and use the grain function to cook it. One program is enough.

Tips:
1. The grease must be scraped clean, the skin jelly won't be greasy, the taste is good, and the color is beautiful.
2. The ratio of meat skin jelly to water is very suitable, no need to adjust.
3. For cold salad, you can adjust the juice according to your preference.
