Super Simple-condensed Milk Ice Cream
1.
Take a steel basin and pour milk and condensed milk.
2.
Pour in animal whipped cream.
3.
Stir evenly with a manual whisk, and move to the refrigerator to freeze for 1 night.
4.
Take it out the next day, scrape the ice cream into a ball with a ball digger, and put it into an ice cream cup.
Tips:
1. This ice cream has almost no ice residue, even if it is frozen overnight, it will not be very hard. Use a ball digger to dig from the surface until it is full of a spherical shape. If you find it difficult to dig, you can put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes in advance.
2. I use Nestlé condensed milk. Some brands of condensed milk are sweeter. In that case, the amount of condensed milk can be reduced by 10-20 grams.
