Super Simple Lazy Pork Belly Stew with Beans
1.
Pinch the ends of the beans, clean them, cut them off in the middle, or cut into small pieces according to your preference
2.
Add clean water to the pot, add pork belly when cold water, add ginger slices and cooking wine, boil over high heat to remove the foam and remove
3.
Put about 300ml of water in the casserole, tear off the sauce and pour it in ~ It is recommended to adjust the amount of water according to the sauce you bought
4.
After stirring evenly, put the pork belly into the pot, boil over high heat, simmer on medium and low heat for about 10-20 minutes
5.
Put the carob segments into a casserole and simmer together, simmer for about 30 minutes on medium and low heat, and the pork belly is crispy (you can add it here if you need seasoning)
6.
The casserole is not easy to pick up the juice. After the pork belly and the beans are mature, pour a little starch water, do not stir, the juice will become thick after a while
7.
It can be served on a plate after maturity, if the soup is too juicy, don't throw it away. Soaked rice is great!
Tips:
Special note: Because the casserole I used is not good for collecting juice, I added starch water. If you use an iron pot and you are not in a hurry, it is recommended to collect it slowly. It tastes better!
