Super Simple Salad Ham and Egg Bread

1. Pour all the ingredients except butter into the blender together (for a bread maker, blend for 20 minutes)

2. When mixing into a smooth dough, add butter and then mix to the expansion stage

3. Put the stirred dough into the container and cover it with plastic wrap to ferment to 2-2.5 times its size

4. Divide the dough into 60 grams of dough and knead the dough under the palm of your hand until it becomes a smooth circle.

5. Roll out the dough into long slices and put it in the oven to proof it for about 30 minutes (it is too big to decorate)

6. Take out the fermented dough

7. Cut the ham and eggs into shapes you like

8. Brush the egg mixture, arrange the ham and eggs, squeeze the homemade salad dressing, sprinkle with chopped green onion, OK, put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
