Super Simple, Super Low Calorie-teething Mini Biscuits
1.
Boil the fresh milk (the fresh milk I ordered for the baby) and let it warm until warm.
2.
Mix all the ingredients, knead into a dough, knead vigorously for a few minutes.
3.
The dough is slightly fermented, rolled into about 2mm thick dough pieces, and cut out with a biscuit die.
4.
Spread tin foil on the baking tray, and put the original biscuits on them, leaving appropriate gaps.
5.
Use a fork to make holes for the biscuits.
6.
Put a small amount of salt in a small bowl, add a small amount of water and stir well.
7.
Gently brush the biscuits with light salt water.
8.
Preheat the oven, 190 degrees, middle level, about ten minutes.
Tips:
1. The baked biscuits will be very crispy only after they are thoroughly cooled.
2. Don't take the baked biscuits out of the oven in a hurry. You can use the remaining temperature of the oven for final drying.
3. If the biscuits are still soft after baking for ten minutes, turn down the temperature and bake them again in the oven, but be sure to observe them to prevent scorching.
