Ferment to 9 minutes full (60 minutes at room temperature + 20 minutes in oven); use a brush to gently brush a layer of egg liquid on the fermented dough, and cover with a layer of tin foil;

Preheat the upper and lower levels of the oven at 190° for 10 minutes, put it in the toast box and bake for 50 minutes, take it out of the toast box immediately after baking, and let it cool on the grill.
