Super Soft Old-fashioned Cake

Corn oil is heated. I use water heating for about one minute. It can also be heated in a microwave oven for one minute.

Pour the low-gluten flour into the heated oil and stir until it is smooth and has no particles and becomes a batter.

Pour in the milk and egg yolk, stir well to form a smooth, particle-free mixture, set aside.

Whisk the egg whites with an electric whisk, add sugar 3-4 times during this period, and beat until there are fixed sharp corners.

Fill the baking tray with about 3cm of water and put it in the oven. Adjust the oven to 150°C, and preheat the upper and lower heat for 5 minutes.

Pour half of the egg white paste into the egg yolk paste, stir well (a little softer), then pour the remaining egg white paste into the stir

The mold is sprayed with greased paper, the paste is poured in, the air is shaken out, and it is placed in the oven.

Put the cake batter in the oven and bake for 50 minutes.

Tips:
①I don't like sweets, so the amount of sugar added is normal. I think it is just right. If you like sweets, you can add more.
②If you want to make matcha flavor or other flavors, you can adjust it to 55g low powder and 5g matcha powder.
