Sushi First Hand-made

Steam the rice in a rice cooker while it is hot, mix well with vinegar

Put cold rice to body temperature, cover the sushi curtain with a layer of plastic wrap and put a whole piece of seaweed

Use a spoon to scoop the rice, spread the seaweed, and place the prepared sliced carrot sticks and cauliflower stalk seasoned radish (large roots) on top

Squeeze some salad dressing and then put a crab fillet cut in half

Then squeeze the delicious tomato sauce and spread a lot of floss on top (*^ワ^*)

Rolled into a strong roll, cut into 2cm wide sections and lay on a plate for eating
